I am a former Academy Principal and Headteacher with 16 years of Leading Outstanding Schools and with a cumulative total of 30 years in education. I have been recognised for many years as one of the foremost Principals in the secondary sector.
During my career in education, I have led two secondary schools; one with over 900 pupils and the second being an inner-London Academy of over 1200 pupils and 200 staff. Under my leadership the London Academy was over-subscribed by 6:1 and was deemed Outstanding twice in a row by OfSTED, having been graded as Satisfactory when I took up my Post.
